I hate to wear formal!

Woke up early to get my attire done up properly. Seriously I look like a joke when I wear formal, but can't help it man. You can't escape such things in the business world. If you don't dress up, you can't attend meetings, interviews and meet potential clients. Anyway it just sucks to dress up that nicely I need to get used to it!

The Business etiquette class itself was RUBBISH. PURE RUBBISH. They had some talk and demo session from, erm, what's the company name? Shitsayu or some shit name lah. Teaching us how to cleanse, groom and all that crap and had a make up session. Seriously that's girls' stuff so I'm not sure why they still demo when there's guys around I was practically dozing off man. What plucking eyebrows and putting foundation like hello I'm a guy? Why do I need all these? And no offence but I think they really really did a terrible job by ruining Ross's face the make-up was outragously unsightly.

The lecture was even more boring. Just show a bloody video. This subject is really driving me up the wall.

OB as usual is so common sense I couldn't be bothered to take notes.

Went to TM with the gang after that Adele Lee is a crazy shopper man. And yes I got beaten at Daytona again gosh I'm jinxed we better play again someday until I win!

Saw some of my freshie classmates at Mac so slacked there for a while wow they are really 1 cool bunch man. But they do weird stuff like dip their fries in the ice-cream -_-

Ok went back to watch Daddy's girls I really wanna complain to my aunt I feel it's a retarded show and my idol Jamie Yeo can't act for nuts! I didn't even laugh man.

Singapore's brainiest kids was ok as in I could answer most questions. Haha I have high IQ!

Ok off to do research

Yesterday I worked till late, then went home to watch SELENA. Gosh! It's such a sad movie. Sadder than Titanic (yeah right) but the last part was so heart-wrenching I almost cried. To die so tragically at such a young age, hai. Life's really that fragile huh. Then woke up early to take bus to school with Mel. She must be thinking I'm so crazy by singing the 'dreaming of you' song the whole journey but I can't help it! It's so sad! Sad sad sad!!!

Alright reached school freaking early so I arranged the TMPP textbook sale with Mr Low and went for OB tut. Gosh the tutor is boring. Found out her name is so weird. Philomena Lee. What sort of a name is Philomena? Her parents must be in a dilemma all the time.

Accounts was boring as usual then went to eat Katsu Don for lunch and had Comm Skills with THE SUPERFRIENDS. How wonderful. Wanyi and Chynna did peer teaching and I didn't ask many questions cos I don't want to make life difficult for them.

Yes and Mr Low actually gave my hp no. to the whole HTM freshies and they kept calling and msging me in class man! So if you are one of them, PLEASE STOP! MY PHONE WILL EXPLODE! Then can't stand it so went down personally to the LT to ask them to stop calling until the books are settled.

ALL THOSE WHO WANT TO SELL 'THE BUSINESS OF TOURISM' PLS GIVE ME THE BOOKS!!

Anyway, that didn't work some freakos kept calling and msging me can't be bothered ok rushed down to the airport for staff meeting. Nothing much really, just some OB issues which need to be improved.

And yes all the best to colleague ROZEANNA who has made it to ROUND 3 of Singapore Idol! That's the furthest so far!

Sevverl is back from UK! Played a bit of soccer today. Weather was great! Not sunny at all. After that it's work at airport. BORED!! ZZZ. There's no passengers at all. Practically finished reading 1 whole Readers Digest. That's what the company hired me for huh lol. Anyway I did encounter a problem with 1 passenger who brought in a BOW & ARROW.

Back back back back again yeah. Finally got a chance to wake up late today! 11am doesn't seem too bad. Wanted to sleep till 12 but my hp kept vibrating with calls and msgs! Of course, everyone wants to share their joy with me.

Ok. Glad to breathe that out yah. Well anyway I rushed to school to get Business t-shirts for my freshman from Mira, Colin is like so retarded man he answered Mira's call and tried to sound like her. Like I was born yesterday huh.

Yup had some time then Yuwei came to meet me since Yushan is busy again and had lunch at Design while looking at the newbies. Design students ain't that bad huh! Haha, but the gals c.m.i lah.
Sold some textbooks to Tracy, then went for Marketing lecture and Entrepreneurship tutorial.

BORING!!!!

Went off to Raffles place to settle some stuff with Tony my friend's manager and look at his presentation. Shan't say much, then Lorraine desperately wanted me down to cheer the class during the HTM games. So lugged myself back to Tampines and saw my beloved TB052 class! All of them remembered me huh! Good freshies! Did a cheer just for me! So touching haha. But the games kinda tiring sia run here run there with them. Then had dinner with couple of them near SHSS.

So that's week 1 of school! Better start doing the tuts soon and preparing the projects. I'm down for work during the weekend! Can't wait for that too.

Let me summarise my past 2 days if I can. Very tired now. Went to meet my SHSS friends in Tampines library yesterday just June, HC and Jeff to study a bit. A levels seem so stressful. Left in the afternoon to go back for APEL class. The teacher didn't even turn up! Waste my time. Slacked with the class then decided to chao. At night went simpang bedok for Aaron's birthday. The noodles ain't that good leh. The cake that I got from breadtalk melted quite easily too. But it was good! got dragged off to play pool after the dinner till late.

Had comm skills today for 30 mins aiyah nothing much lah stupid project is lame. Applied Research.......lame subject, lame lecturer, lame guest speaker.

Some bo liao people came to ask me sign up to get free colour contacts. just sign up with sha, Dayana and WY lor. Free GV movie voucher too.

Badminton rocks! Ashraf, Aaron, Mahathir, adele the great and cheryl. 2 hours! Played so long. good exercise!

At night, went off to Yuwei's chalet at Changi but i was way too tired then. sorry pal. But thanks anyway! Good food. My younger brother devoured the crab I da pao home.

Wah had a full day yesterday. Woke up super early to go Sentosa to film the what Tourism academy thing with Ms Daga and Alvin Tan. Few coursemates were there too but we had to wear formal! That was crazy man. In Sentosa! But got free admission into Underwater World, was getting so dizzy walking a few rounds around the conveyer belt. Probably saw every single fish there was. Then went off to arches restaurant to bai-pose more videos and had a hell good lunch at harbourfront Centre, if I'm not wrong. The hawker food there is great. Next it was off to the beach, luckily in casual clothes and I really look retarded in that Adidas cap man. Ok left around 2.30 and was kinda late for OB lecture. Boring subject. ZZZ

Hmm next stop it was Padang for Linkin ParK met my friends there and the queue was snaking! Didn't really get the best free standing positions but good view anyway. started off with opening act PR man what a flop. Those rockers from korea were absolutely horrendous. They weren't playing music. That's trash man. And they trashed through 6 songs the audience were really pissed man haha. Ok LINKIN PARK finally got up and started with 'Don't stay' and sang all their HITS! Except.

Alright other than that it was just great I really deaf and tired from all the screaming and stuff and my nose was bleeding mid way cos the heat was really unbearable with people smoking as well. Hai.

As I've expected, school did suck today. Or maybe I've perceived that it will suck and it did. Anyhow woke up early and went to Mr Lim's office to get a CDS. Wth. There was no need at all cos HTM students will only get CDS next semester. Waste of time. He was on leave anyway.

Accounts lecture was sucky. Not that it was the most difficult subject, but the most boring. Almost fell asleep.

Had lunch at Business then went for Comm Skills. The teacher is a bit crazy and she is super detailed man. All the fundamentals she explained from A-Z. I have great project groupmates! That's a relief. And Ashraf drew lots for our consultation time slots. He drew twice, and both times we got the BEST time slot! Woo hoo.

Went off after school to meet my Sec 4 friends. Sadly, met them for only an hour at Swensens. Haven't seen most of them in ice ages and today is our only free day. all busy with A levels I guess. And yeah had grandmother's birthday so rushed off to Paragon for dinner there. Felt very heavy hearted about leaving my friends. couldn't really eat during the dinner. Food wasn't that good anyway.

Ok gotta run long day tomorrow.

It's Father's day tomorrow! And my dad is not in town lol. Still doing business in Malaysia. Anyhow I'm not sure we actually do celebrate it as a family. Maybe a card will suffice. Didn't buy him anything cos, well, he has everything! Yeah I know you're gonna tell me 'it's the thought that counts' but the present must count too what. Well I guess for me every day is Father's Day and Mother's Day AND youth day. Don't you agree lol.

Sadly, tomorrow is my unofficial last day at Meeting services! I'll still be working there, but only during certain weekends when I'm free. My position as a part-timer is quite vulnerable so yeah I'll be stopping work anytime when school starts. I miss all of them! These 2 months I felt I haven't worked enough cos of that long greak in Malaysia and SL commitments so it's such a shame. My colleagues are wonderful people and everyday, it is the joy of socialising with the clients and them that brings me to work. Not the money. Not the food. But the people. So it'll be sad that I won't see them as much. Some of them have alreday been transferred to work in Tanah Merah and Harbourfront terminals. Which led to an interesting discovery that there's only 2 guys left! Nicholas and me. The rest are all gals! Anyhow here's a great shout-out to all of you! Keep rocking on!

Just finished a milo dino. My formula of adding more powder doesn't work! Cos in science we learnt that liquids reach a saturation point too. What crap! Yeah but it's true the surplus milo powder doesn't dissolve at all.

Sarah is so weird. She's embarressing me in public! She said she saw my twin brother?! Like since when I had one haha. And she called out to me but unfortunately it wasn't me that she saw -_-

Sevverl is returning home from UK tomorrow. Known him for like 8 years I think. Hopefully I'll get to see him in the airport.

Work was kinda stressed today cos got new staff and needed to teach them the tricks of the trade from start. And the flight schedule was terrible today. had only a 30 min break for McDonald's. Yes! Mcdonald's has finally opened in transit! Better now than never!

Was reading blogs just now and found out 1 of my friends had been writing since February and I browsed through the archives. Somehow felt a tinge of jealously and regrets over some stuff that happened. And yeah i'm hardly the jealous type so finally realised there's a chink in my armour. Better now than never!

There's SL bbq tomorrow near my house but I'm working. Actually i'm only close to certain SLs and acquaintences to the rest but figured it would be good to foster that friendship now. Better now than never!

The blog has been kinda stagnant so yeah time to get things done again. These past week have been very hectic for me, so to those who asked me out and I couldn't make it please accept my deepest apologies.

To recap, if I can, freshman orientation was a blast. Second day was hella fun, I shan't mention too much, cos it would take 1 whole page. Read Melanie's blog and tagboard.

Lecture was a waste of time. Everything's way too common sense.

St Hilda's Primary outing was exciting. Met my best friend in Pri sch, Benjamin Foo! Haven't changed a single bit. Petrina and Sarah were there too. Haven't changed too I guessed. all those gossips about me starting coming out. Can't stop laughing!

Harry Potter today was terrible. Had to watch in CS since no more seats in TM. D didn't want to watch anything else so had to make do. Almost fell asleep mid way through. I slept early yesterday so no idea why I was so tired. And she wanted Genki Sushi. Loved it! Ate so much. Then had dairy Queen. Asked her to help me with my mini-handphone project to design my hp cover.

Oh yes, the same goes for Nicole, Celeste, Yuwei, Caroline. If you all are reading this. The artistic gang!

Went to Golden Landmark hotel to attend a little entrepreneurship talk. Shan't talk about it too much. Kinda basic.

Yes, and it's a disaster they took away my CDS. Now my timetable is too free.

So today was THE day! How will the freshies be?

Sadly, it was quite disappointing for HTM.

It was fortunate that I got to manage my own diploma hmm but when everyone gathered yeah it was so quiet. I mean I kept wondering how did they pass the interview like that. The SLs couldn't do much to hype them up it was really sad man. Ok anyway I didn't prepare any ice-breaker games for my class so I just ask them to introduce themselves (25 of them) and played big turtle small turtle. Jolene taught me this game, kinda lame though. Oh yah and played ooh baby aah baby sucky disgusting game also no choice lah I'm outta ideas.

Brought them to meet their CP Ms Jackie Ong and sat through the boring session. Their timetable rules! No Bus stats ot CSA! And Sentosa in yr 2 for them! Hai. Then did Q and A about FAST, CDS and supp papers etc.

Mass dance was much better! Kinda dificult to learn but they all tried and had fun. Business dance was a killer and they didn't really master the full Jolene version but not bad anyhow. Managed to lighten up after the dances especially Cheeky dance (crap)

Selected their class rep. They have so much unity! to tell me that NONE OF THEM ARE COMING TOMORROW.

Ok ended around 6 them post-day briefing till 8pm and rushed down to meet my St Hilda's gang. Haven't seen them in like, 1 year? Went to safra for pool. Sarah, what rubbish. You said you quit pool. And you trashed me upside down. Hai sickening man ok we'll meet up more gotta zzz now.

Well well as usual it was SL tea party on Saturday and it was far from being tea party man. Station games the whole day! Crapzilla man! Felt very sian throughout the whole thing no mood at all dammit like we haven't played enough games meh. Anyway, something really stupid and embarressing occurred. There was gift exchange and I couldn't be bothered to bring one, but seeing that all my groupmates had one I unwillingly sacrificed my new keychain hanging on my bag (it's new!!! argh.) and guessed what I got in returned. It's like some sand figurine with the words I LOVE YOU.

Seriously I dunno who gave that to me, but whoever you are, I don't love you.

Alright thankfully my mum called so I left early to watch THE BEST BET at Tm. Wow really inspiring show. Changed my whole perspective of gambling and money. Veryhilarious Hokkien jokes!

Ok update time again lemme see so many things happened. Yesterday had work in the morning but had to OT 2 hours cos there were not enough staff. Had a little quarrel with some duty officer who thinks he's bigger than me. I was very fed up I mean yeah fine big deal yeah immigration officer but at least talk to me nicely man. I have a job to do also and I didn't shout at you. He's gonna be in my bad books man I make sure I make his life a living hell when I work. What's up with these officers man. They make a mistake and they don't admit it. Hey those of you travelling make sure you check your passports man some officers don't stamp them cos they bui song. It's utterly disgusting and shameful.

Rushed back at 5pm and went out again to meet Iz Nic and lil sis to watch THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW. Sadly it was more like watching National Geographic. Yeah that's what happens when global warming has taken its toll but strange enough the characters still survive in the blizzards and storms. Kinda crap show to be honest. Hmm after that got a lift to City Hall to meet Sarah, Furong and Hui Yee to go Zouk Ladies Night. Hmm all I can say is Chinablack still rocks! Zouk is so strict thankfully the bouncer let me in using my brother's passport but man did he scrutinise my face like what! 30 seconds? Scary! Ok the music pretty weird at times, like Spice Girls and Bananarama and the r & B at phuture is way too crowded man! That's what I really call FULL house! As in absolutely full! Oh yah saw the-queen-of-zouk-and-clubbing Ms Marilyn Quek as usual always at Zouk forever lol. Whew ok then went back around 3am

Woke up at 1.15pm felt like sleeping longer man haha but then had to rush down to meet Celeste in town. Watched CONFESSIONS OF A TEENAGE DRAMA QUEEN man I'm really getting sick and tired of these rubbish shows with rubbish storylines. I mean the plot is totally ridiculous and everything's too predicted yet again. And seriously I have no idea what the title of the show has anything to do with the movie. Hmm went off after that to meet Iz at Simpang Bedok I MISS THE NASI LEMAK, ROTI JOHN and MILO DINOSAUR! And that's what I ate! really pigged out man haha went for pool at Pavilion after dinner.

Hmm today had SL training in the morning but had to leave early, so all I did was cheer for 1 hour with the main comm and lunch with htm peeps. Cheering is getting lamer each time sigh. Rushed down to work and was quite slack today. Heard news that Wilber Pan Wei Bo was coming so went to wait for him at the gate. policemen escorted him through and fans wanted a photo with him haha I was like just beside him only hehe. TONS and tons of fans were outside man! So crowded and imagined when they screamed! Woo hoo!

Today's work is very slack. Surprisingly, after being away for just one week, the airport has changed so much, and so has certain company policies which makes things more difficult. Anyhow, still managed to leave early today cos there's nothing to do. Went to T2 to fetch my cousins arriving from Kl and I almost died walking to gate F60. Freaking far. What's up with this super huge airport man.

SL is driving me a little nuts. Some main comm just called to say there's training this Friday. How wonderful. Clashes with my work. And tea party on Saturday (whatever a tea party is) with freshman orientation 2 full days next week.

I'm bored.

Ok so i'm officially back after 10 long days! Let's see what I did? Hmm made a trip to Ipoh mid week and the food there is glorious! Ipoh hor fun is out of this world! And it's so cheap! The ice-kacang rocks man! So many things in it, beats Singapore flat man. And I went karaoke again with 20 of my family members in 1 huge room man we sang till our throats went dry haha. Watched HARRY POTTER for only RM 5 that's bloody cheap. Great movie! And get this - the ultimate deal - bowling at 50 cents a game!! And we had our own lane! I bowled 3 games within 30 minutes haha can anyone beat that.

So yah went off this morning mum was getting all tearful and stuff leaving her parents and they want us to come back this December. Hmm see how it goes and yes it's back to work work and more work gotta talk to my boss soon about my weekend shifts when school starts cos nothing is confirmed. Then there's entrepreneuship class, and freshman orientation. Not much left to enjoy before school starts huh? Not really looking forward to it man.

I miss clubbing! Those smoky rooms in Chinablack seem like a distant memory now. Cannot! I must relive those times again. Anyone interested to go? And I wanna watch Harry Potter again. What else? Oh my big brother has been m.i.a for so long in camp wonder what's he up to.

Alright peeps so I'm back again as usual in the boring cyber cafe the trip has been extended to MONDAY. How interesting haha yeah so to kill time my dad is taking me to watch Harry Potter with 10 other cousins tomorrow. As much as I protest he won't let me watch the other Chinese shows and that's about all the shows there is. So there goes my free Harry Potter tickets waiting for me in Singapore :(

Haha it was so fun yesterday at my Grandfather's 80TH birthday! 80! Will I be able to live that long? And guess what, he's still driving at 80! Unbelievable! Had a very grand celebration at his restaurant yesterday and the attire was formal. Sigh so no choice had to buy a shirt and pants just for yesterday. Drank so much beer too, then after that went KTV with my father and uncle for their guys' night out. bleah.

And here's wishing Mels and Adele a wonderful trip to Europe!

KL customs is s strict man my passport photo is so outdated, maybe 5 years old? And they sent me to the duty officer. Thankfully everything is ok but he said he 'won't let me off the next time' around I was like yeah yeah yeah get a life.

Life's kinda boring here man zzz went to watch SHREK 2 I can understand why Iz fell asleep when he watched it cos I nearly did as well. very lame show. But the ticket, incredibly, costs only RM 5! That's a huge deal! And a full Kenny Rogers meal cost me only RM 12! So stuff here pretty cheap see if I can smuggle out some gum :)
