IT'S FAREWELL TO MELISSA CHEW.

Went to send Mels off at 0630 yesterday. YAWN
Thanks for 3 wonderful years of friendship,
always being there and standing up for me,
all the best in Surrey !

Unfortunately, there will be NO pictures or collage because my computer just came back from repair and ALL MY PHOTOS AND SONGS ARE GONE !

Yes. Dunno how many freaking years of memories from ice ages ago all gone.
And not to mention my 3000 songs !

The consequences of not backing up :(

And also to Cheryl who's going to Surrey too.
Wah it's gonna so fun in UK..
Take care !

Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive your sins.

Went to remove 1 of the stitches in my eye today. I think there might be 8 or 9 stitches there, and it's supposed to be removed 1 at a time and not all at a time, maybe once every few months. I was quite reluctant to go through that because the doc did mention that the other option was to leave the stitches and let it melt on its own. Logically it sounds like a better option, but due to an increased astigmatism he decided to take 1 out today.

The worst thing was going through it seated down! I think I should request for an anasthetic next time and put me to sleep. I can't stomach the fact that I'm wide awake and he's using a scapel to remove a stitch right in front of my very eyes. It took about 20 minutes to complete the whole procedure which later gave me a very sore eye and 1 day MC, which I initially refused but later happily obliged.

The soreness has yet to subside but I'm sure in due time it will. Ouch.

Went for Singapore Idol show again, I know it's always me harping about this crazy fanatical show where people can't sing. I mean, where else can you find a judge blasting a Top 8 finalist to get singing lessons?! That's like asking Ronaldo to go for more soccer clinics.

Today's show was largely boring, but I had to admit Jonathan's performance did move me to tears quite a bit. 'Dance with my Father' had always been a special song for Luther Vandross and it has meaningful and wonderfully written lyrics that was penned from inspiration. So when the first few notes were played, it moved me a lot, and I would say there was no better song that night to fit the theme 'Friends, Family and Love'

Mel, this song is for you too. Your father is always watching from up above, in a better place, where he is free from all troubles and pain. Keep smiling!

If I could have
another chance
another walk
another dance with him
I'd play a song that will never never end
How I love love love
To dance with my father again

HAPPY 41ST NATIONAL DAY !

Fast fact no. 32467897:

Apparently, it will NEVER EVER RAIN on National Day, because prior to the parade, rain seeding is done, which is a process to prevent clouds from forming or some crap lah!

Friday:
Caught HARD CANDY the movie. I advise guys not to watch it. It was so bad, that I almost vomitted my dinner out at Nicole halfway through. M18 my foot. It should be M100.

Saturday:
Iz's 21st birthday! (photos please.) House party, drinks at Fisherman's and a crazy Kbox session till 5.30am. I could see the sunrise by the time I came home. And that's officially a new record!

Sunday:
Hah. You won't believe what time I got up. Anyway rushed down to stadium for FOP, glad I made it in time. I didn't find this year's event that happening. Got myself a book when I left, I don't think I will ever read books that I buy haha.

Monday:
Went for volleyball training at night. Think I improved quite a bit after 1 week. Gotta keep working hard! And we finally beat the juniors.

Once again, HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!

And I will sing
A song of hope

Live SINGAPORE IDOL show today!

Had very good seats, but the next I go, I wanna be in the mosh pit!
Was seated in front of a whole row of ousted idols (except gayle and emilee :(
Kinda stuck up man..from some of their comments.
Damm if you're not good enough, then you're not good enough.

Overall it was a great show !

Although I think JA is a useless and redundant judge.

"yah..so your performance was neither nor."

WHAT SORT OF QUEEN'S ENGLISH IS THAT ?!

Haha, I realised, I could sing the whole Spice Girls 'Wannabe' from start to finish!
Go Jasmine! You rock!

Lord I'm doing,
all I can,
to be a better man
