My headache just refuses to go away man. Think the medicine is bogus or smth. Felt so terrible at work today. Of all days, it had to be busy today. Screwed up quite a bit, but I wasn't fully recovered yet. Thankfully had a long 3 hour break in between and I was napping in and out of the counter.

Wah today wasn't good at all. Seems like the medicine didn't really work, so I ended up feeling worse than before. I couldn't even drag myself outta bed. Everytime I tried to stand up I end up slumped back down again. Had to ask my brother run down and get a glass of water for me. Then slept until 11+, went down to eat noodles then sleep again. Called my workplace tell them I have to take m/c. The fever is like quite on-off thingy. Then suay sia today dinner got so much food! My dad bought loads of stuff from Malaysia but sob sob cos of my throat couldn't eat anything but noodles. Sigh. But hopefully I'll be better!

I'm sick! Oh dear quite terrible. But I rather fall sick now than next week. Didn't work today anyway, and I have MC for tomorrow. If I really don't feel like it. Damm all the clinics around my house were closed so had to go Tampines instead. But doc says nothing serious lah. Slept the whole afternoon, which means I missed Elisa's birthday party and dinner at Dan Ryans (IZ u have to bring me there)

Ok congrats to Ashraf! 4 x 100 relay Gold! Sadly that was the only gold from HTM.

BEST OF BLUE concert yesterday was great! Could have been longer though. Can't see how Andrea could have left halfway. I thought the dancing and singing was good. Everyone was up on their feet except her! I could see from a distance. Haha ok lah probably not her type. Right?

I realised I'm not very good at conflict management. I shouldn't be a 'turtle'. Oh well that almost changed today.

Today is a torrid day. Mel told me some devasting news about our Business Etiquette project. I tell you, tomorrow is the last day of school, and this subject, even up till now, is driving me up the wall. No offence to my groupmates, but honestly I think this subject is bogus to me or something. I'm like failing almost every component of it seriously I can't see myself passing the subject. Think I need to see Mr Nair to clarify everything once and for all. If that's the case I won't bother even taking the last assignment. And worst of all, this subject 100% coursework. No exams. These are the subjects that will shoot me straight in the head. No exams! And that also means my hard-earned investment in a G2000 suit is as good as nothing! Hai I tell you my parents will flare up if I fail anything. Or even get a D. Seriously. They will ask me to change to another course or something cos tourism isn't their desire and like I'm still surviving because I'll guarantee that I'll give them the rewards.

God help me.

Had marketing presentation, and the class bought a cake for her too. Ms Chia took photos for us on her digicam too. Wonder how I'm gonna receive the photos hmm.

Once again, mission to watch Harold and Kumar failed. Second time liao. Ok I think it's fated. 2 more months! Exactly 2 months!

So we all caught THE GREAT CHALLENGE instead. Hmm alright show. Good entertainment value, horrendous storyline. Not many movies to catch anyway. Luckily I was in my formal today if not I'll freeze to death with the other guys. Oh yes, today is the last day I'm wearing formal! Woo hoo!!

Gosh I think my previous post is gone. So sad.

Saturday I slept whole afternoon then had half day shift at work. Didn't really work much. My aunt sneaked me into the first class lounge to watch soccer. The buffet is heavenly man. Free flow alcohol some more! But I controlled myself. Then some ang mohs came to disturb my peace. They claimed the golf channel is too soft and the soccer channel is too loud. And since I'm the only one watching they said 'we have more people so we get to make a decision'. What rubbish. Heck lah. Anyway the bartender ignored them wahaha.

Sunday I took off to go to Sentosa for my marketing project filming and to get a tan. Got both objectives done! But my marketing clip can't be converted to powerpoint man. It's so lame anyway. Played a lot of vball with fan, james and deen. Haven't played for so long. My skills rusty already sia. IZ! we must go back SHSS soon! wahaha.

Monday. Woke up with my back feeling so painful. Went to the mirror and got a shock man. So red! Couldn't even carry my schoolbag properly. Yeah had OB and accounts as usual then went off for staff meeting. Saw my new assistant manager in the company. Nothing much really. Then headed of to CS wanted to watch Kumar but yours truely here is still a kid. Under 18 can't go in lor. Settled for THE TERMINAL instead with Ashraf and Aaron and yup probably might watch it again! Not too bad lah. Though it's a little ridiculous at times cos there's no way someone can be stranded in an airport terminal for days. The police will catch you and you can balek kampong. Wahahaha.

Bravely after that went off to Cine meet Shasha and Dayana to watch THE GHOST. Oh my goodness. Freaky man. It's so so scary. I think I was the only one screaming. But really can't help it! The sound, the images..ooh. No choice after the show had to take cab with Ashraf. I'm definitely not walking home from the mrt station.

Ok everyone's waiting for me to go eat so I'm off now!

My insomnia is getting more serious day by day and I'm really considering seeing a doc soon. I think this so-called disease is hereditary cos my parents have it too. And my mum suffered because of it. Dad is surviving on Panadol actifast. I have no remedy and that it killing me. So actually that may be the cause of my rotten mood sometimes. Because my body yearns to sleep in the day, but my mind tells me to wake up and continue mugging the projects. In such a conflict, I guess the bad guys always win.

So guess what. The red bull has taken its effect. I doubt I can sleep tonight. God bless me. Comm skills test at 9am.

Let's see what else. Hmm I caught GARFIELD which was really catastrophic. Nuff said. Had comm skills meeting which is exactly how I felt about watching Garfield. Received my comm skills marks which is also exactly how I would describe the movie.

Well on the brighter side AR interview was splendid mama mia today. For once, Zhangwei shone her Lady Luck on me. Or actually, I really have to thank my groupmates lah. They know why. Lol.

I stayed in the lab from 3-10pm today. I told myself this is the first and last time I'll ever do this. Practically slept in the lab man no choice. My day turns into night now. Felt kinda guilty but my body wants to sleep, and I'm under its command. Thank goodness Daniel blasted music from his laptop. Really kept me awake. And he sent me home too. :)

Ok. Let's see if I can really sleep tonight.

I think I need to invest in Gatsby soon or it will be a bad hair day everyday. Sulk.

You know, FRIENDS was so sad yesterday. The last episode actually brought me to tears. For 10 seasons I've laughed till my stomach ached, but this one is just too touching! Especially when Rachel got off the plane. Called my friend after the show and yeah she's right, lesson learnt is that we should never wait to tell someone that you really love him/her before it's too late. Rachel got off the plane and changed her mind after Ross made it to the airport, but in life such chances are one in a zillion. So really learnt something. And how true that is.

I caught CINDERELLA STORY too! Same lesson learnt! Oh dear is that an omen for me? But yeah kinda sad soppy love story too. Can't imagine that someone as uninfluential as Hilary Duff can actually influence me! She's in my classification of a 'dumb blonde' together with Jessica Simpson. Ironic huh. The power of movies.

My aunt says Titanic will be showing on #5 next week! Oh dear I have bring out the tissue boxes again. Few years back they screened the movie on my birthday. How sad huh. I think even after watching it a zillion times I'll still feel sad if I watch it again.

What's with all this crying man. Grow up Jermaine! lol

Finally went to Saffron today! Took up 4 tables altogether. Well it wasn't exactly a perfect meal, but I ain't a better chef or server, so I won't complain. Jermaine a chef? Haha the world will collapse man.

Ok I have to study for exams! I need time for so many things! Pray that God will give me better time management. I found this book about Time management, but because of poor time management I am unable to read the book about time management! So nothing is accomplished.

I am so glad Marketing project is not due till next week.

Applied Research had been bugging all of us and I'm no exception. But it's done! Don't think I've ever spent so much time in the lab in my life. But I'm quite worried about the work anyhow. I seriously think there could be more that should have been done. Zhangwei's standard is quite high also, so dunno how she will see it. But thank God that He gave me patience and strength to see it through.

Played quite a bit of tennis with the dudes and dudettes too. Ele Fan (I have no idea why drea calls him that) killed a bat. The bat intercepted his Roger Federer serve and Boom. It died. I'm so traumatised. I hate animals, but to see an animal die, I mean, I wish I don't have to see one die.

Everyone's talking about Singapore Idol! Yes. The BOYS shouldn't have got it. They will pay the price during the finals. First to go out will be Jerry. Haha. Hope I can get to watch the Wildcard round. Seems interesting.

Friday I went for Singapore Hit awards, kinda boring though. Think last year's one was better. Or maybe I just can't appreciate Chinese music. The whole event just dragged through for 3 hours man. Never ending. Didn't realise Jolin Tsai is so short. And her resemblence to Jamie Yeo is uncanny. I mean if you mute everything it's like seeing Jamie Yeo on stage dancing to the theme song of Daddy's Girls. Haha. Stefanie Sun's career is going downhill as well. Her singing just wasn't good.

Oh yes I so agree with Mel that Singaporeans need to have manners during concerts! Some hyped up Energy fans took the empty seats beside me! 4 of them squeezed into 3 seats! And thus I'm squeezed too! Not only that, their screams almost burst my eardrums! And their banners took up so much space! Mad man. Hardcore energy fans I tell you. They knew every line to their songs. And during the ballads when they were waving their hands side to side, I got hit by a flinging enthusiastic arm. Ouch. Think I must conduct CONCERT ETIQUETTE classes in school. Then we shall have tutorials teaching them to have manners during concerts. Sigh.

After that went to Cheeky Monkeys at midnight cos Shasha was there. Hai. Mission failed again. This time my passport got through the 'strict immigration', but something else cropped up and.......I decided not to go. But clubs are tighter now man. Gosh. Must I really wait till November. Anyway went to Cartel with Sarah at 2am. Ate some vanilla shit ice cream under Chef's recommendation. PUI. I can do better man. Sucks to the max.

Today woke up at 1pm! How wonderful, then headed straight to work. Don't you think my work rocks shit. You can sleep till the flowers in Japan bloom, and still wake up in time for work! Haha. But of course ended late lah. Airport now damm cool sia show ESPN in the transit area. Watching soccer while working! Even cooler!

My family went for movie today! Sigh I haven't caught anything this week and there's so many shows. The younger one watched Cinderella story and the older one watched Harold and Kumar. I must watch all the good shows before they end the run. Must find the time man.

And I have to find time to watch the PDL vcd before Adele haunts me again. But it's for my own good too.

Had a personality test thingy during OB lecture. Found out that I'm a turtle (avoidance). Do I really avoid everything? That's scary. Seems like I was the only turtle in the whole LT!

Today everyone is in PMS mood man. Mel you should have given me that pink pill to eat. Lol

Anyway started off quite badly, as predicted. OB was screwed up. Short and sweet. SCREWED. Like I expected. But I'm not blaming anyone lah. It's a group thingy anyhow. And everything was so messed up. Really affected me today, so sorry. My grades are important, just like friendship. I cannot afford to score low.

Erienne and Yingxi came over today. They were sick of Tampines library, so I asked them to study here. They said the TP library rocks! Haha it does lah. So any JC students want a nice place to study, do drop by!

In the evening went to meet Yushan to collect some notes which could help my Comm Skills peer teaching. Bought white chocolate for her as well lol. Her notes are really not bad sia. Wonder what they do to the O level peeps in school now man.

Got my new wallet too! Finally! After a lot of consideration, got this brown billabong one. But it's so fat! After putting all my things in. Didn't realise that a silly guy like me would have so many neoprints and neocards. So reluctantly some will be kept at home :( But at least I have a proper wallet again!

Can't believe another 2 colleagues just resigned today gosh. Work is mad. My mum wants me to quit. Should I?

Exam timetable is mad. Oct 4 - 7. (hmm Zhifan's birthday is gone) Heard that American Idols coming to town on October 5 for a concert. Next day OB paper. Should I go?

Ok gonna make this real quick and easy. Let's recap if I can.

Friday was kinda long and draggy cos of a late 5.30 lecture. Apparently our guest speaker for Business etiquette is actually paid 100/hr to give a talk! So fine I came, but didn't really learn much. Everything's more or less quite basic I guess. Then headed to Cineleisure to watch ANACONDAS. Cos Choir Boys and Garfield sold out man. Then still had to sit second from front. Sucky show man. Half the time I wasn't even watching lor. It's so sick man those snakes. And spiders. And ugly monkey. Yuck. After the show I was damm pissed with this usher man cos we took shortcut out then after letting Mel, Dele, Fan, Ash and James out she said 'sorry exit the other way!' then I told her kindly at least let me out lah cos my friends all outside. Neh Neh she refuse sia I heck lah she pulled the barrier down I pull up! No way she won me man haha sucker sia wanna show me attitude. Then luckily I wa so scared to take bus home so Mel's mum fetched me from the mrt! And baked brownies for me! So sweet! Just like me! Haha. Thank you aunty Molly!

Today had work in the morning and found out when I reached that another 1 of my colleagues had resigned. Immediately replaced my someone new. That's 2 weeks in a row alreday hai. Supposed to do overtime but Japanese tourists are angels man. They are so fast, and so co-operative. In the end took only 15 minutes to finish everything so I left as usual at 6pm woo. Rushed down to Pasir Ris to meet Erienne and the rest before going down to Shiru and Yanru's 18th bdae BBQ. Think I was kinda late! Paiseh hor. Ate quite a lot there man really pigged out again. Glad my appetite is back to normal. My favourite was marshmallow fondue! Mine was absolutely dripping with chocolate, heated over a warm fire. BOB APPETIT. So sinful man gosh. Ok here's wishing the gals happy birthday in advance! Good luck for As!

I seriously need to club man! Hate this feeling, but can't help it. Movies can't do the trick. Soccer can't do the trick. Milo Dino can't do the trick. Only Me against the music can! Yesterday supposed to go Zouk's mambo but couldn't commit to clubbing on a weekday night lah. Today got lecture at 12 man. Saturday supposed to go black, but then again those bouncers will probably recognise me as the underaged kiddo. HAI

I seriously need to learn cooking! I think it's better if I can cook! Then I don't have the eat unhealthy food outside? Who wants to teach me?

Today exercised the whole evening. Damm man I think Ashraf busted my nose during soccer. Now after bathing still bleeding man. But not his fault lah.

I have to watch many movies! 13 going 30 next week! Garfield too, maybe Cinderella Story. And The Terminal?

The story of Pao and Mian

Chapter One
One day, noodle quarrel with meat bao(bun). They had a fight but bao was too clumsy and lost badly. He was very angry and he told noodle to stay behind if he has the guts and he'll get his pals to assist him. Meat bao went to find bread, man tou, jian bao etc to get them to reinforce him. Along the way, they saw maggi mee. They ah bish ah bish ah bish and beat maggi mee up and maggi mee beri puzzled why he kena beaten up. He said, "Why u all beat me? What have I done to deserve this?" The meat bao said, "Noodle! Dun think u perm your hair then cannot recognise u!"

Chapter Two
Maggi mee, who was beaten up for no reason, was very angry. So he went to find bee hoon, udon, fried noodles etc to seek revenge. But on the way, they met small bao. Maggi mee looked at small bao for a while then told his brothers, "Bra-der! Whack him!" Maggi mee whack small bao harder & harder. After the noodles family has left, they asked Maggi Mee why he hated small bao so much and beat him up so badly. Maggi mee said. "At first wanna teach him a small lesson only, but then see him act cute, made me so angry."

Chapter Three
The more small bao thought of it, the more buay song he was. So, he found the bao family to whack Maggi mee. Then they found ying shi juan (noodles covered with bun). They brought him back as hostage and were about to put him on the stove to force him to talk when the bao head said, "That's not noodles! That's our undercover!"

Chapter Four
The family of bao and noodles are now enemies and they have gang fights whenever they see each other. One day, the noodles family was having a walk when they saw char siew bao alone. Seeing the good chance, all of them attacked him. The noodles family shouted, "Beat him hard hard! Don't give chance just because he's vomiting blood!"

Chapter Five
Poor char siew bao, with his injuries, went to the baoheadquarters to look for help. All the bao family was activated and together with red bean bao,green bean bun etc. they went to seek revenge. All the passerbys siam them as they look like they will kill.They saw french fries jalan jalan along, shopping. The bao family attacked him. The bao head shouted, "Noodle people still wear gold go shopping! Whack him!!!

Chapter Six
Finally, the bao family manage to kidnap noodle, the one who started up the whole show, and brought him back to the bao headquarter.All the baos took turns to whack him. At the end, the chief of baos - dua bah bao took a final roll over noodle before they dump him.When the poor noodle finally went home, none of the family member could recognise him bcoz he is totally disfigured - flatten. In order not to let the family bear the bad name, he appears as a new member named Mee pok.
